Inclusion drives innovation, and people with disabilities are part of the equation.

In this fast-paced video campaign, a real-life business leader explains that people with disabilities are central members of her team, bringing skills, value and talent to the business. Three individuals with various disabilities also appear, sharing the benefits they and other disabled people bring to America’s workplaces, including creative solutions, new perspectives and insights into new market segments. They remind us that they’re “an essential part of the inclusion equation—that equals success and innovation.”
